- The machine automatically cuts a circle from a square workpiece and makes double flanges;
- The workpieces are retained automatically;
- The full-cycle speed of a road sign sub-base production is 45 sec. as maximum;
- Redesigned bending system comprising three forming rollers allows fast and high-quality double flanging in automatic mode;
- No auxiliary attachments are required to produce the road sign sub-bases with a diameter of 600, 700, 900!
- Change-over from size 1 or 2 to size 3 takes just 5 sec. and it is made automatically in an unattended mode;
- Manufacturing process of a round road sign frame is fully automated and therefore manual labor is virtually eliminated. The operator just needs to place/remove a workpiece. All functions (cutting, flanging, size adjustment, workpiece retaining) are automatically and manually controlled from a control panel.
