The machine cuts a circle from a square workpiece and automatically makes double flanges on a road sign base of 600mm, 700mm, 900mm, 1200mm (option) in diameter. Road sign sub-base production time including double flanging is not more than 55-60 seconds.

Resulting circle dimensions can be adjusted by moving the machine working members.
No bolts change-over or regulation is required.
