Applicator design provides for cold application of self-adhesive and reflective film to any base type with maximum thickness of 35mm. The machine was initially designed for rolling on the reflective film to complete road signs.
Shafts of 135mm in diameter are covered with high quality resin withstanding significant compression and abrasion loads. The machine can be castomized for operation both from three-phase and single-phase network. Additional shafts for the film reels and a shaft for the film base removal can also be further installed.
With dismountable tables of 1830х750mm, a convinient rolling-on the film both to a galvanized steel sheet and to a complete road sign or advertising structure is allowed.
The shafts speed regulation devices can be installed at the request of the Customer.
