Question: Is it possible to set the equipment up by our own efforts? Will the warranty be valid?
Answer: Yes, it is. Our equipment needs no technically difficult setting up.
Question: What is the production time?
Answer: The production time depends on the equipment you choose and on our manufacturing areas business, varies from 2 weeks to 3 months.
Question: How is the delivery made?
Answer: The delivery is made by different freight companies.
Question: What’s the warranty of your equipment?
Answer: The warranty is 12 months.
Question: Is it possible to make the nonstandard equipment by order?
Answer: Yes, we have the experience in making the nonstandard equipment with customers’ designs and developed by our Development Laboratory.
Question: What number of equipment do you have? Do you get orders on machining operations?
Answer: we have 3- and 4- axis milling centers, lathing equipment, electrical wiry-cut machines, and coordinate-calculating machines, flat and round polishing machines, volume heat treatment areas. We may get the orders on machining operations.
Question: What’s the way of payment?
Answer: An upfront fee of 40% is paid after signing the contract. The rest part is paid after the completing. The delivery is being made after 100% payment.
Question: Is the customer’s presence necessary during the acceptance of delivery?
Answer: It’s aimed. If it’s impossible to be present we may provide you the photos and videos of the acceptance delivery and realizing.
Question: What utilities do you use for making your equipment?
Answer: We use only qualified utilities controlled by local and international production.
Question: What’s the process of the technical support?
Answer: We are glad to answer our customers’ technical questions in the working hours on the phone or on video. If it’s necessary our expert visits your manufacturing areas.
